a recabar, y salvo que el titular disponga lo contrario a trav\u00e9s del medio descrito en el presente Aviso de Privacidad, ser\u00e1n tratados y protegidos bajo estricta confidencialidad por el IMCP Mantener actualizados sus datos de contacto en nuestro directorio,<br \/>(ii) Consulta de los asociados del IMCP Regi\u00f3n Noreste y sus Federadas bajo estricta solicitud justificada y por escrito,<br \/>(iii) Proveer los servicios y productos requeridos por usted, <br \/>(iv) Conformar una base de datos que permita al IMCP Regi\u00f3n Noreste contactarle de forma directa para servicios,<\/li><li>Elaborar estudios estad\u00edsticos,<\/li><li>Elaborar an\u00e1lisis de mercado,<\/li><li>Enviarle publicidad.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e60cb4f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e60cb4f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El titular cuenta con cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para manifestar la negativa al tratamiento de sus datos personales para las finalidades secundarias mencionadas en el p\u00e1rrafo anterior a trav\u00e9s de los medios establecidos en el punto 1.<\/p><p>Es importante se\u00f1alar que el IMCP Regi\u00f3n Noreste se compromete a tratar los datos personales \u00fanica y exclusivamente para las finalidades aprobadas por el titular, as\u00ed como establecer y mantener los controles Procedimiento de ejercicio de derechos ARCO y\/o revocaci\u00f3n del consentimiento<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c9fe01 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c9fe01\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>B.1<\/strong> El titular y\/o su representante deben hacer llegar su petici\u00f3n con la documentaci\u00f3n solicitada a trav\u00e9s de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n definidos en el punto 1, mediante los mecanismos mencionados en el inciso (A).<\/p><p><strong>B.2<\/strong> El personal del \u00e1rea de datos personales revisar\u00e1 la documentaci\u00f3n para acreditar al titular o al representante legal de \u00e9ste, verificar\u00e1 que se tengan los documentos solicitados y validar\u00e1 que la informaci\u00f3n contenida sea adecuada y\/o correcta. En el caso de que la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada en la solicitud sea insuficiente o err\u00f3nea para atenderla, o bien, no se acompa\u00f1en los documentos solicitados, el personal del \u00e1rea de datos personales podr\u00e1 solicitar al titular, por una sola vez y dentro de los cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes a la recepci\u00f3n de la solicitud, que aporte los elementos o documentos necesarios para dar tr\u00e1mite a la misma. El titular contar\u00e1 con diez d\u00edas h\u00e1biles contados a partir del d\u00eda siguiente en que lo haya recibido para atender el requerimiento. De no dar respuesta en dicho plazo, se tendr\u00e1 por no presentada la solicitud correspondiente.<\/p><p><strong>B.3<\/strong> Una vez que se cuente con la documentaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n completa, el \u00e1rea de datos personales tendr\u00e1 un plazo de veinte d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para dar respuesta a la solicitud del titular y\/o su representante. El personal del \u00e1rea de datos personales registrar\u00e1 la fecha de recepci\u00f3n en caso de que se entreguen f\u00edsicamente y en el caso de que se reciban de forma electr\u00f3nica, se enviar\u00e1 confirmaci\u00f3n de recepci\u00f3n de los documentos por medio de correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p><p><strong>B.4<\/strong> Si resulta procedente su solicitud, se har\u00e1 efectiva la misma dentro de los quince d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes a la fecha en que se comunica la respuesta.
